This tunnel freezer is designed for high-efficiency and rapid freezing of various products, such as:

1. Fish

2. Meat

3. Shrimp, mussels, shellfish

4. Berries, mushrooms, vegetables

Management of all processes is carried out with a single shield. The freezer is equipped with an automatic sequential start-up device for all impellers, which allows to avoid overloading with starting currents.

The operation of each of the two freezing sections is monitored by a separate controller.

The average operating time is about 25 minutes.

The average operating temperature value reaches -32 ° C.

The speed of the conveyor belt is regulated by a frequency converter in the range: from 0.5 to 10 meters per minute.
