Baader 52 DS - Skinning Machine for deep skinning of red fish

The deep-skinning machine removes the fish skin together with fatty layer between the skin and the muscular tissue using an oscillating blade. A thickness of a cut is adjustable. The machine can process salmon, saithe, merluza, Alaska pollack, etc.

This machine can be combined with all Baader whitefish and redfish filleting machines.
